Prep Your Skin: Exfoliate and moisturise dry areas (elbows, knees, ankles) to ensure an even application of the cream.<br /> <br /> Apply the Cream: Use gloves to avoid staining, dispense the cream onto your hands or a tanning mitt, and blend it evenly into your skin using circular motions, starting from your feet and working upwards.<br /> <br /> Allow to Develop: Let the cream absorb and dry for about 10-15 minutes, then avoid water or sweat for at least 6-8 hours to achieve the best results. Rinse with water after the developing time to reveal your tan.
