Step 1: Skin Test<br /> Mix 1 tsp of Permanent Creme Gel Hair Colour and 1 tsp of Creme of Nature Developer.<br /> Apply a small amount to a clean, dry area on your inner arm.<br /> Wait 48 hours. If irritation occurs, do not proceed with colouring.<br /> <br /> Step 2: Colour Preview Test<br /> Snip a small hair swatch, dip it into the colour mixture.<br /> Wait 25 minutes, rinse, shampoo and dry to see the final colour.<br /> <br /> Step 3: Preparation<br /> Drape a towel over your shoulders, wear gloves.<br /> Mix the Permanent Gel Hair Colour and Developer in a plastic bowl until blended.<br /> <br /> Step 4: Apply Colour<br /> Divide hair into 4 sections. Apply colour in ½ inch sections using the bottle tip.<br /> <br /> Step 5: Set Timer<br /> Leave colour on for:<br /> 25 mins for chemically treated hair<br /> 30 mins for natural hair<br /> 30 mins for gray or resistant hair<br /> <br /> Step 6: Rinse, Shampoo and Condition<br /> After time is up, add warm water to hair and lather. Rinse until water runs clear.<br /> Shampoo and rinse again.
