How To Apply

Apply onto a natural nail before the Victoria Vynn Tape Bond layer.<br />

Wipe excess liquid off the brush and apply Nail Prep precisely, avoiding contact with the cuticles.<br />

Allow approximately 30 seconds for evaporation (drying).
