Returns Policy

We want you to love your order—but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help. You have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return, provided the items meet our return criteria.

If you have received an item that is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact our team at cs@glambeauty.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include photo or video evidence so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email and process your refund.Please note:

Exchanges:

We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different item, you will need to place a new order and return your original purchase for a refund.
