Returns Policy

We want you to love your order—but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help. You have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return, provided the items meet our return criteria.

Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition, with all seals, packaging, and hygiene labels fully intact.
  • Any products that have been opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned due to health and hygiene regulations—unless they were faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
  • Returns must be authorised in advance by our Customer Service team.

Items Not Eligible for Return:

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for the following unless damaged or incorrectly delivered:

  • Opened cosmetics and skincare products
  • Used makeup tools or brushes
  • Unsealed beauty devices
  • Any product where the seal has been broken after delivery

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you have received an item that is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact our team at cs@glambeauty.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include photo or video evidence so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email and process your refund.Please note:

  • Postage costs are non-refundable, except in cases where an item was delivered damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 working days of approval.
  • If you have not received your refund within 10 working days of our confirmation email, please contact our Customer Service team.

Exchanges:

We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different item, you will need to place a new order and return your original purchase for a refund.

This policy is offered in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
