The product I bought isn’t right for me, but it’s only been used once, can I return it?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns of unsealed/used items, unless the item is faulty. If you believe that your item is faulty, please send a detailed image/video of the fault along with your name, order number and full address to [email protected]. Our team will aim to resolve the issue within 2 working days.

When will I receive my refund?

Your refund should be returned to your account within 5 working days and we’ll send you an email to let you know it’s on its way! If you don’t receive your refund and it’s been 10 working days since you received our email, then you’ll need to contact our Customer Service team through your account.
