Step 1:
Apply the cream gel using both hands, making light smoothing motions from the ankles up to the waist. Repeat the motion.

Step 2:
With both hands, perform pressure-draining movements on each side of the ankle, moving up to the waist. Repeat this movement six times. Do the same on the other leg.

Step 3:
With both hands, encircle the knee while carrying out draining pumping movements with the fingertips on the back of the knee. Repeat the movement 3 times.
