This dual-ended liner features a smudge tip for effortless application, ensuring smooth, long-lasting color without pulling. Leave it untouched for precise definition or smudge for sultry, smoky looks. Achieve defined lids in a single stroke with its self-sharpening and transfer-resistant formula.

Clinique's Quickliner for Eyes is ophthalmologist-tested for safety.

How To Apply

Step 1:
Swivel up only one-eighth of an inch (the pencil does not retract to avoid exposing the formula to air, which is drying).

Step 2:
Line eyes, then use the smudge tool on the opposite end to gently smudge colour to the desired effect.

Step 3:
Allow colour to set for 60 seconds to ensure transfer resistance.
