• How To Apply
  Step 1:
  Swivel up only one-eighth of an inch (the pencil does not retract to avoid exposing the formula to air, which is drying).
  
  Step 2:
  Line eyes, then use the smudge tool on the opposite end to gently smudge colour to the desired effect.
  
  Step 3:
  Allow colour to set for 60 seconds to ensure transfer resistance.
