How To Apply
Step 1:
Perform a strand and skin patch test to confirm color compatibility and check for allergies.

Bleach hair to an even level 10 platinum blonde using Manic Panic Flash Lightning 30 or 40 volume for best results with Creamtone Perfect Pastel shades.
Step 3:
Shampoo with a deep cleansing shampoo, do not condition, and ensure the hair is thoroughly dry.
Step 4:
Use a tint brush to generously apply the product from a tint bowl, avoiding the scalp.
Step 5:
Comb through the hair to distribute the dye evenly, then cover with a plastic cap.
Step 6:
Leave the dye on for at least 30 minutes.
Step 7:
Apply heat during processing to increase color intensity.
Step 8:
Rinse the hair well with cool or cold water to lock in the color. -
