Perfect for the sensitive eye area, this liquid developer ensures precise and economical application with its drop dispenser, which also prevents impurities from entering the bottle. Choose between Oxidant Cream or Oxidant Liquid based on your preference, as both provide identical color outcomes. RefectoCil Liquid Oxidant Developer is perfect for both professional and at-home use, ensuring flawless and vibrant eyelash and eyebrow tinting. Get consistent and brilliant color results with every application.

Step 1:
Measure out 10 drops of oxidant.

Step 2:
Add 2 cm of tint to the oxidant.

Step 3:
Mix the oxidant and tint using the application stick until a creamy paste forms.

Step 4:
Use the paste immediately after mixing.

Step 5:
Follow the instructions provided for RefectoCil eyelash and eyebrow tints during application.
