For Professional use.
Step 1:
Apply petroleum jelly around the eyebrows, eyelash line, and under the lower lashes. Place protective paper beneath the lower lashes.
Step 2:
Mix 2 cm of tint with 10 drops of Refectocil Oxidant Developer Liquid 3% (10 Volume) in a Dappen Dish until creamy.
Step 3:
Gently close the eyes and use a brush to apply the tint to the lashes.
Step 4:
Let the tint sit for 5–10 minutes.
