How To Apply
Step 1:
Feather a soft line along the upper and lower edges of your natural eyebrow shape.
Step 2:
Use the flat side of the brow pencil to fill, working in short, feathery strokes and moving in the direction of your natural hair growth.
Step 3:
Comb through with the spoolie brush end to blend the color. -
