NARS Powermatte High-intensity Lip Pencil

Step 1:
Using the tip of the pencil, line lips first before filling in with color to create a bold, matte look.

Step 2:
Try lining lips with one shade, then filling in color with a lighter shade for a fuller look with added dimension.

Step 3:
Allow formula to dry down fully for transfer-proof color.

Sharpen before each use with Pencil Sharpener (sold separately) for best results.
