How To Apply
Step 1:
Prepare the colouring paste by mixing 2 cm of the dye with either 10 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant liquid or 15-20 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant cream (oxidants are not included in the kit).
Step 2:
Use protective pads or RefectoCil papers, then use a cotton bud to apply the colour to dry and clean brows and lashes (without makeup).
Step 3:
Leave the product on for 5-10 minutes, depending on the desired intensity. Then, wipe it off with a damp cotton pad. Keep your eyes closed until the product is completely removed.
