  When used as a base coat, Sally Hansen Double Duty Strengthening Base and Top Coat hydrates and moisturises nails with Panthenol, while as a top coat, it shields nails with Nylon for added protection.

• How To Apply
  Step 1:
  Apply on bare nails.
  
  Step 2:
  Let dry.
  
  Step 3:
  Brush on 1-2 coats of nail color.
  
  Step 4:
  Let dry.
  
  Step 5:
  Finish with 1 coat for a shiny top coat.
